The municipality of Sant Lluís is situated on the eastern coast of the island of Minorca, covering 35km2.

It borders to the north with Maó and Es Castell, to the west with Maó and to the south and to the east with the Mediterranean Sea.

It has a population of 6963 people, the majority of which live in the town centre, the rest are situated across the neighbourhoods of Pozo Nuevo, S’Ullestrar and Torret, and the residential zones on the coast of Algar, Alcalfar, Punta Delgada, Son Gancho-Son Remei, Biniancolla, Binibèquer Nuevo, Binibèquer Viejo, Binissafúller Playa, Urbanización de  Binissafúller and Cap d'en Font.

Sant Lluís, is inviting for walks and to enjoy its historic heritage, its white houses, country pathways, its landscape, the sea, and the Illa de l’Aire -which is populated with an interesting endemic species: the Black Lizard- and of course its gastronomy.

The restaurants of Sant Lluís offer an ample choice of gastronomic offerings which enables the visitor to enjoy traditional, current and avant-garde minorcan cuisine.
